Well, I'm no expert, but that won't stop me from answering! :-)
When I run %LISTF ,-3 on my data bases, the "STATE" date/time appears to
be the last DBSTORE date/time if the data set has had no activity, or the
last update date/time if there has been activity. Just my SWAG, YMMV.
As for the "*ZERO", I don't have that on my display, and the data base
I used is not released either.
I sure hope someone from VESOFT chimes in here with the "right" answers.
