Attention HP3000 System Managers!

The June 26 meeting in Oakland has generated only 8 confirmations, where
in the past we would have at least 25 by now. Is this another sign that

That was my impression too until I saw the BIND code.

The HPUX man page for connect(2) says it is supported for SOCK_DGRAM sockets,
that it returns immediately, and that it ensures that datagrams are only
accepted from the target remote address instead of from any old imposter.
