I have used Triad-Utrad transformers in all of our designs for 30 years now.
I've been consistently very pleased with the quality of the transformers they
manufacture.

The kind of stepdown transformer you need is technically called an isolation
transformer. Triad has at least two models that would be appropriate. They
are: N-67A (for a maximum of 150W draw) and N-66A (for 250W draw). These
transformers are probably going to be in the $60-80 price range each. They
have a 230/115V primary winding and a 115V secondary.

You can purchase items such as these transformers from any major electronics
