CI -> sh migration should be fairly straight-forward.  Sh offers superior
functionality over CI.  I'd be surprised if there are any generic CI operations
that you couldn't do in sh.

The tough job will be converting the object code that those 80 jobs are
running.  There are a variety of undocumented POSIX issues that can trip you
up.
