Experience indicates that both these packages need to be included in a
reasonably conservative Windows test matrix. Win3.1, Win95, WinNT3.51,
WinNT4.0, and WOW on 3.51/4.0 all constitute different environments for
software test purposes; there are a fair number of incompatibilities and
gotchas involved in moving between them. Win95 and Win95B, particularly
in light of the changes Denys mentioned, should probably be separated as
well.
