No need to run buldacct nor stream buldjobn.

By simply restoring the directory and all files your UDC's will be set.

Same would true if restoring to different system.

Use buldacct for insurance (in the rare case of a damaged directory) or for
moving accounts and/or groups to/from private volumes.
