Yes I have return receipt turned on and it has been working fine for
several weeks.  Beginning yesterday afternoon I started getting (20+
so far) receipts from "Turnpike_Mail_Serve" which I belive is based
in the UK.  I get receipts even when I haven't mailed anything.  I
don't get it, but I'm not going to waste your time and mine with it.
A simple click of the mouse and it no longer exits.  Wish I could
do that with taxes.
