You know, I sure wish the HP Response Center would tell you this. The
Response Center sent us the NSTEDJ9A patch with the NMSED98 patch on
April 22. Why didn't they call and tell us it wasn't going to work?
Do I have to call them back every week and ask, "Are you sure this is
the right answer?"

Thanks to everyone who responded...I did have ONE positive response
which did not appear on the list but came privately. We've opted to
go with NSTEDJ2A, not NSTEDJ9A since the former supercedes the former.
I was unaware of the former. Thanks for all your input!
