Blatantly copying somebody else's idea is the highest form of compliment.
So, it is with great pleasure that I blatantly proceed to copy Wirt's
outstanding idea. Without even asking Adager's board of directors for
approval, I hereby dictatorially decree that Adager will offer its
top-of-the-line Model Two Product for US$450.00 on an HP3000 908 that meets
Wirt's specifications, with the same good-faith and HPSUSAN restrictions
that Wirt has set forth (how is this for some legalese?).
In addition to the Adager-software offer, I hereby present an official
Adager purchase order to HP for FIVE HP3000 908 computers (I'm afraid we'll
still have to go through the rather-long-and-complex HP process, but that's
OK). Naturally, I also present an official Adager purchase order to AICS
for FIVE copies of QueryCalc.
I look forward to the delivery, ASAP, of our new HP3000 908 computers.
