Easy to fix that Gary (and everybody else)...  Disconnect the faster
modems - give HP only the number of their "Model-T" modems.  After their
phone bills start to triple, they may get the message <g>...

(BTW - I never let HP into the machine on any modem other than the
SupportLink modem...they asked if we had something faster and I told them
'yes, but HP should use their supplied SupportLink modem --- the faster
ones are for our users'.  I know - childish, but it gets the message
across)...
