I think the advantage of a 'DBMGET' command would come into play if users
that are not very familiar with the structure of an IMAGE database are asked
to perform the FTP transfer.  Since the jumbo datasets reside on the HFS
side, B-tree datasets will, reportedly, also reside there, having a command
that will transfer the entire database will minimize the possibility of
transferring an incomplete database.

If adding such a command would delay FTP's release I'm voting against it.

BTW Is will this version of FTP also handle KSAM and KSAMXL files?
