I got mine in the mail last week......Has anyone attempted to install and
use this??  I know I had very little luck installing the 14.3 version on a
win 3.11 machine and would like to attempt it on a Windows 95 machine but
was wondering if anyone else has gotten it to work.

Jeff Kell and Jon Broz talk about DTCMGR 14.4 and by golly, mine just
showed up. I could tell what it was because in three places on the cover it
says:

    HP D2355B OpenView DCT Manager
