When you do your fcopy, you must go into fcopy first,
then issue your commands, rather than having multiple
fcopy commands, ie:

:FCOPY
>FROM=XX; TO=AA
>FROM=ZZ; TO=BB
>EXIT

NOT
:FCOPY FROM=XX;TO=ZZ
:FCOPY FROM=ZZ;TO=BB

This has worked for us.
