If we go with the FILE equate scenario, what will happen to things
like LISTFILE when they run across files that "appear" to be named
identically just because they don't understand the 'full' filename?
Ex. "/SYS/PUB/filename 1" and "/SYS/PUB/filename 2" would
appear to the CI as identical filenames "/SYS/PUB/filename".
