The problem is Netscape 2.1. If you upgrade to Netscape 3.0, which is the
current and widely used version, you should be just fine. Netscape 3.0
will use any Winsock that resides in the WINDOWS folder/directory without
overwriting it. Older versions like 2.1 will overwrite the WINSOCK.DLL.
