Some new information on an old thread.  A while back there was discussion
about not being able get free phone in help on the weekend.  I just received
my support contract for the next year, and a new line is on it:

Option 0QT Phone-in SW assist weekday hours

So now they are at least letting us know that they won't help us on the
weekend without extra $$.
