Sure!  Those old 7933s make great end tables if your floor can support
the weight.  Seriously, those "wonderful" OSs that Gates & Company crank
out really DO need a lot of power if you want to get a particular task
accomplished.  Just a couple of years ago, the PC I'm using right now
(486 DX 66 Mhz) seemed like a speed demon.  Unfortunately, along came
Windows 95 and now this "speed demon" reminds me of my old Kaypro 286i
running at a whopping 12 Mhz!

Does this new alliance between Bill Gates & HP make anyone besides
myself somewhat nervous?  Will we all need at least 8 Gb RAM in our
3000s just to query a TurboIMAGE database?
