People who are unable to use their local MOVER to extract my SPIN (SPooler
INformation) program from its archive should obtain the same MOVER I use to
create all of my public archives. My MOVER can be found in the same place
as all of my other MPE freeware:

        ftp://ftp.cccd.edu/pub/mpe/
        http://www.cccd.edu/ftp/pub/mpe/

Download MOVER in a bytestream-preserving manner and stick it into a file with
CODE=NMPRG;REC=128,,F,BINARY. Then you will be able to unpack my .mover
archives.
