Do the below settings work for an HP2566 also?
I'm using the plain 'ol serial only card.
I want to up the baud from 9600 to 19200.

Subject: Multi I/O Card for 2564B
A bit off topic, but I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who has
setup a Multi I/O card on a 256x printer.
I have a cheat sheet that shows what the interface settings are:
20: 00 38400 Baud
01 19200 Baud
02 9600 Baud
03 4800 Baud
04 2400 Baud
05 1200 Baud
21: 00 8 Bit, No Parity
01 8 Bit, Even Parity
02 8 Bit, Odd Parity
03 7 Bit, Even Parity
04 7 Bit, Odd Parity
22: 00 Normal Operation, Software Handshake=None
01 CTS Ignore, DTR always on, XON/XOFF Protocol
23 00 Parallel Port Config
24 00 Parallel Port Config
25 00 Buffer Config
26 00 PCL Emulation, Auto LF on Buffer Disable
01 HEX Dump, Auto LF on Buffer Disable
02 Epson Emulation, Auto LF on Buffer Disable
27 00 Character Sets & Paper Control
28 00 USA Character Set
29 00 Active Port = Parallel
01 Active Port = Serial
The problem our client is having is that the printouts (connected to
an NT server, via the parallel port, Generic/Text only printer
selected) print (2) of every character.
Apparently, he has tried changing most of the settings with no luck.
I'm not sure exactly what settings 23 & 24 configure in the parallel
port, and I'm thinking the problem may be in these settings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
And me too.
