Charles,
Thank you for bringing Vantage into this string. Vantage
is not really a keyboard/monitor switcher in the sense of
PCs so I hadn't put my cents in yet. Vantage is generally
aimed at systems with serial console ports. Having said that,
let me continue by adding that we have developed Vantage
services for NT 3.51 and 4.0 servers whereby a Vantage
workstation can attach to the NT server(Intel or DecAlpha)
over the network or through on of its COM ports to manage
the server via a command line interface.
Jane Copeland's company API International in Austin Texas
still sell Vantage, Stan Pascua is the contact there.
Thanks again Charles, see you in Chicago at HPWORLD.
