Hi Mark,

I've had good luck simply putting the file on the web server, and telling
the HPRC engineer the name.

I generally put them under the directory "private/" (e.g., private/SAMPLE.LZW),
because the job I use to build our publically viewable web server
statistics screens out any URL/filename with "private" in the name.
