Most head cleaning solutions nowadays are composed of
trichlorotriflouroethane and isopropyl alcohol, since Freon has been banned.
I suspect the "TF" in Freon TF is triflouroethane, with the Freon just being
the carrier.

You can get the newer head cleaning solution at almost any video cassette
store or electronics store, including places like Radio Shack (although you
may have to buy a complete VCR head cleaning cartridge to get it).
