Hello,
I have the following question. In the moment i'm working on a script
called "implementing an intranet in our firm".
We have 1 HP 3000, a few Novell 3.x Servers, 1 Linux Server and
1 Windows NT 4.0 Server.
The most of the HP 3000 users are working with a terminal, and
not with a pc. These people should also be able to view
html pages. I'm now interested in an browser called "lynx".
Is anyone out here using this "text based" browser under mpe ?
How powerful is this browser ? Does it support java scripts ?
Is it easy to manage ?
By the way, as you can see, i have many platforms where
i can run the www server. Which www, mail and newsserver
are available for MPE ? Whitch of them would you prefer ?
When i run the www Server under MPE i have the following
problem: Our administrators (and me too ;-) would like to use
html for dokumentation.
In the html scripts i would like to view files whitch are saved
on the novell server. How could i manage this ?
Thanks very much for your support.
bye, Joerg.
