I understand there was a time (long ago and far, far away)
when Bill Gates actually DID personally take support calls
for early versions of DOS and what ended up being MS-BASIC.

Since my knowledge of this is second hand, I'm not going
to try and recall any more details because I'll probably get
them wrong..
