Greg,

Have you verified that any packed decimal fields are excluded from
EBCDIC conversion?  This can cause problems, as we've found.   :)

I have uploaded a file from my PC to our 3K using Reflection. I then
execute the FCOPY with the EXCLUDE option as it appears in an ostensibly
production job stream. The excluded ranges are fine, the converted
ranges are garbage. For instance, ASCII 0 x30 should be EBCDIC 0 xF0; it
is instead xDF.

Does anyone have experience with this sort of problem?
