Did you try:
:SYSDIAG
SYSDIAG> TERMDSM
TERMDSM> RESET
LDEV nnn
After which you will likely need to again :STARTSPOOL nnn to get the
printer going again.
If the DTC is managed via Openview DTC Manager, you can reset via the DTC
Manager console.
