Both Sprint and MCI will make routing table changes for stand-alone Class
C's allocated before some cutoff date (that was early last year, I
think). We have a class C from HP's block, and our ISP had no trouble
getting it routed. (Well, he had the usual slow response from Sprint. MCI
routed it right away.)
