At 17:38 PST (and for some time before), I get the following
when I try to do a trivial search via HP Electronic Support Center:
HP Electronic Support Center Unavailable
Hewlett-Packard regrets this service is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later.
(Error 1035)
and Gavin tells me that he read a ComputerWorld announcement that
HP is now selling some kind of web based support product ...
Either HPSL (aka "HP Electronic Support Center)
is using the product already or not...
If not,
I'd suggest that the HPSL people look into buying it...
maybe they could get a discount :)
If so,
I'd suggest that HP strongly reconsider trying to market it.
