I'm working with a new DP department who is in _really_big_need_ of some
source code control.  Would somebody recommend some packages for the 3000,
please.  We need a package that can handle both 3000 text files plus
Access and Visual Basic files.  Its OK if it is network-based.

Also, if anyone would like to share their source code policies and
procedures I would appreciate those, too.  No reason to re-invent the
wheel.

Its kind of nice to hit some place where you can start from scratch...
