Assuming that (a) you are downloading it to a PC; and (b) you are
using a web browser rather than an ftp client, I'd say you need to
<shift>+<click> instead of just <click> on the link. Your browser is
looking at the "wrq" extension and deciding the file is a displayable
text file, so it's trying to show it to you. I think.
