    I'm extremely flattered by Alfredo's comments, and I'd be very
happy to allow anyone -- especially Alfredo -- to post the paper on a
Web site.  I do believe, though, that we distribute our paper on all
our tapes (in the EBOOK group, unless I'm mistaken).
