I got a request from a C/S Integrator. Can anybody help here?

"Now I can name the problem clearly:
New, 32 bit applications cannot see the HP 3000 databases either
through 16 or 32 bit ODBC drivers. That's the real problem. The
additive one is, that some applications (16bit) are running with
Intersolv ODBC drivers (and not running with HP ODBC) but require also
Gupta's
API. And so, even if we have 32 bit ODBC driver, we won't have the 32
bit Gupta's API."
