Gentle list members:
I have got the task to include graphic data (line sketches) into a Prolog
data base. Which graphic file format is the closest to the one used in
GCAP utility and/or PUTIMAGE Borland Graphic Interface procedure?
The Microsoft paintbrush can handle BMP, JPG or PCX. If none of
them matches to the Prolog bit images, who knows any conversion method, or
which is the simplest format, differing only in a few bytes from the
format directly displayable by PUTIMAGE? What is the definition of the
BMP, JPG ...?
TIA
Frank

There are 3 kinds of programming errors: syntactical, semantical and mystical.
The programmers have to suck up the users just as much as absolutely necessary.
