Along those lines... there are always "THOSE" reports and "THOSE" users
who must absolutely have it on paper. How are people handling "pages"
of a traditional columnar-style report? Are there any new HTML "tweaks"
I haven't heard of to generate page ejects when a document is printed?
I can see using horizontal bars on the screen to break pages (and
duplicate column headings), but that won't necessarily look good on
paper.
A good example - we have the ability now to generate class rolls for
faculty. This works great for one class at a time. But it soon lead to
complaints of "why do I have to do this for every one? Can't you give
me all my classes?" Naturally they want them on separate pages...
Is <cough> Acrobat <wheeze> the only alternative?
