At a client site, a strange response was received from FINFO. They are
on MPE/ix 5.0. VESOFT "GOD" is active.
  A file FOO.PUB.PROD was copied to another account WIP while the user
was in another account TEST. Doing a LISTF, -3 on the two files shows
the creator to be USER.PROD for the file in the PROD account and
USER.TEST in the WIP account.
  Doing a SETVAR ACCTVAR,FINFO("FOO.PUB.PROD","CREATOR") returns a value
of USER in SHOWVAR ACCTVAR. Doing a SETVAR
ACCTVAR,FINFO("FOO.PUB.WIP","CREATOR") returns no value in SHOWVAR
ACCTVAR. These are done from the TEST account.
  The user USER exists in all acounts. Why would this happen?
