Try calling CompuRegister Corporation at +1 573 365 2050.

They sell a wide variety of PC-based embedded controller registers,
displays, cash drawers, etc.

We used to sell POS systems for College Bookstores (not very
profitable...) and no longer sell anything in that market.  Call them,
they have been in business 12 years.
