This is a kind of ambiguous message, but it's basically warning against
running out of system resources. A discfree c at that moment may show
low disc space, such as when a there is a large spool file, but a few
minutes later will show plenty of disc space and no one would be the
wiser.

In any case, it may only be an intermittent thing when there is heavy
usage.
