Wayne,
MS Mail has some limited RTF capabilities (since MS is the creator of RTF,
you have to figure they are going to use it, I guess) --- much depends on
the version you are using.
For example, your message comes through to me as a file attachment and not
text embedded in the message (are you using sendmail?) --- it seems that
there needs to be *some* standards around. If your messages have the
winmail.dat attached to them, then you are probably sending RTF. As far
as turning it off in MSMail, I haven't a clue (I can tell you where in
Exchange, but I'm not up on where in MSMail to turn it off).
