Since what Nigel states definitely must not be the opinion of Cognos, this
leads me to one of the following conclusions:

a) Cognos does *not* believe the information at www.cognos.com is factual.
b) Cognos does *not* believe the information can be found at www.cognos.com.
c) Cognos does *not* believe it has application development tools or
business intelligence.
d) Perhaps the .sig shouldn't deny that his opinion *could* be the same as
his employer's (or anyone else's).
