Hi Ted,
I work in HP ISO, Bangalore in CSY Team. The solutio to your problem is this.
When you copied the files to the PATCHXL.SYS grou pyou copied only three files
-
AUTOPAT, MPEJX99A and O00JX99A. Out of these files AUTOPAT neen't have been
copied at all. But you have to copy some other files also - GENJX99A, OUTJX99A
and REFJX99A. So the files that must be copied to PATCXL.SYS group for PATCHIX
to successfully install the "now famous MPEJX99A" patch are the following:
GENJX99A, MPEJX99A, O00JX99A, OUTJX99A and REFJX99A.
