I have no problem with service calls, but we have tried just about
everything to keep this printer from jamming. The amount of use
this printer gets does not justify a service call. You know the
picture: "No, we can keep this printer running on our own 'cause we
never use it" and then when it jams: "Why do we have to put up with
this piece of s**t???"

I personally like the printer, but I don't make all of the decisions
around here (and I don't use the printer, either).
