Sam,

The most common cause of this is when a user accessing the 3000
from a PC using VT, closes the termulator without logging off
(ie: entering :BYE). We get this all the time.

To allieviate this, users should log off before closing their
termulators. This is not just limited to BS from Tymlabs, but
MS92 and Reflection as well...The 3000 is attempting to poll the
net connection, and it's not there. After a few retries, it
closes the connection and issues the above message to the
console.
