Khue,

  From the colon prompt, run the KSAMUTIL program.  Within KSAMUTIL, you
can use the command 'KEYINFO filename;RECOVER' to repair a KSAM file that
was left open during a system crash.  It doesn't hurt to issue the command
on a file that doesn't need it.  You'll get a message that a recovery is
starting for the files that need it.
