Especially to Lars,

I already downloaded the both files I need to establish a web on HP3000
but unfortunately I cannot run tapecopy ... I receive following error
message:

Can you help ?

I transferred the FTP files, here the results of the downloads (binary)
via Reflection FTP for Windows 4.00 and Novell Winsock, version 1.1,
without any change on MPEiX 5.0:
