I had a similar problem at a number of sites in Europe and Australia.
Many of the inexpensive pc's we were using with Relection would echo
anything sent to when they were powered off.  The DTC's are designed
to echo anything they receive.  This resulted in a race condition that
continued until the users arrived in the morning and turned on the
pc's.  Not a good thing to happen on networks where carriers charge
for usage!
