Mitchell Humphrey & Co. markets a system called FMS II (Financial Management
System) that runs in a C/S environment with the HP3K as the server, and works
with terminals also.  We looked at it this past spring.  It is really slick,
but somewhat expensive, at least for us it was.  They quoted us just over
$100,000 US for GL, AP, AR, and FA, and we only have 3-4 people in our
accounting department.  Also, I am not sure how well it would fit into the
