I want to report on a good experience with HP sales.  We just went
through the process of ordering a new HP 3000, and our sales rep. has
really been great.  We've revised our quote a dozen times, and this young
man has been very patient each time.  He's worked hard to get us
discounts and promotions.

When you are replacing a system that is critical to the operation of the
University, it can be an anxious experience, and having a good sales rep.
 certainly helps.  If there is anyone from HP listening, I hope you will
support and reward your good sales people.
