Apparently, HP believes "Success" is some kind of spam-based dish.
They posted copies of this to every MPE-related list they could find.

While I applaud (with both hands) HP's efforts to get information out,
I think an announcement to HP3000-L would have been quite sufficient.
Almost anyone who subscribes to the SIG-JAVA, SIG-WEB, and SIG-SYSMAN
lists (to name just 3) probably subscribes to HP3000-L as well.
