We're currently looking at it...it has a lot of neat things,
including alternative CGI interfaces (in addition to the usual),
superior logging, and security.

No, I don't yet know about any performance differences.

It looks like a very nice product!

We're looking at it partially because the developers are active on HP3000-L
and readily respond to input/complaints/suggestions.
