Speaking of the devil...

I just killed my 922RX Thursday and didn't think to mention it here. I
transferred the application to a 947LX, which in turn has an application
moving to (yes, due to a vendor) an HP-UX box. In addition, the
application I just transferred, will also be converted to the new
application on the HP-UX box.

I don't think you need to say good-bye to this list server just yet. I
think it could become an appropriate forum to discuss HP3000 to HP9000
conversion issues.

Howdy,

Mangement, for plenty good reason, is going with the newest (and
supported) MRP product from our third party vendor. Exit another
HP 3000. Now I gotta get us a Unix box. Leaves me wondering
if five years from now I will need to spend another 1.2 million $$$
to go to the newest supported version running on NT.

Well, to Jeff, Chris, Stan, Wirt, Alfredo, the folks in India, and
more than I can possibly detail here, a fond farewell.
